Is my video really not uploaded?
Really. The editor runs inside your browser. For captions, only the audio is sent, and it isn't stored.
What exactly does the AI do?
It understands what you say in the video and turns your instructions into edits: cutting, removing takes, adding motion graphics or B-roll. Everything can be undone in one click.
Which devices does it work on?
Recent versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari. It's faster on a computer; on mobile, it works best with short videos.
How long can my video be?
It depends on your plan: Free, up to 5 minutes and 1 GB per video; Creator, 10 min and 2 GB; Pro, 15 min and 4 GB; Studio, 20 min and 4 GB. If yours is longer, split it into parts and edit them separately.
What format do I get?
MP4 in 1080p up to 60 fps, in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9.
Does it cut off words?
No. It cuts between words and leaves a little breathing room. If you don't like something, bring it back in one click.
How much does it cost?
There's a free-forever plan (3 videos a month with no watermark, no card needed) and paid plans from €29 a month, VAT included, or €23 a month if you pay yearly. You can try everything for free before you pay.
Do I need an account?
Yes, just your email: you get a link to log in, no passwords. It's free and already includes 3 videos a month with no watermark.
How do I cancel?
From your account, under "Manage subscription". You keep your plan until the end of what you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. You also get a 14-day right of withdrawal, as required by law (terms).
What if I use up my monthly quota?
You can keep editing and exporting as usual; what stops is the AI, captions or images until the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade (the change is instant).
Can I use what I generate commercially?
Yes. You can use the images, voices and videos you generate with Cruto in your videos and ads. You're responsible for what you publish.
Which voices does the audio generator have?
Stock ElevenLabs voices in many languages and accents. Never cloned voices of real people.
How does the affiliate program work?
You share your link and earn 15% to 25% of what the people you bring in pay, every month for 12 months. All the details on the affiliates page.
