Legal notice

Who is behind Cruto and the conditions for using this website, under Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE).

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Website owner

Cruto (crutoai.com) is a service of Carlos Pujol Marín, a self-employed professional based in Madrid (Spain). Contact: [email protected]. The identification details required by article 10 of the LSSI-CE are at the end of this page.

Cruto is not registered in any commercial register because it is provided by a self-employed individual. The activity does not require prior administrative authorisation or membership of a professional body.

Use of the website

By browsing crutoai.com you accept this legal notice. If you also create an account or buy a plan, the terms of service and the privacy policy apply.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to damage it, overload it or try to access areas or data that aren’t yours.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Cruto name and logo, the website design, its texts, the editor’s code and the demo images and videos belong to Carlos Pujol Marín or are used under licence. They may not be copied, distributed or transformed without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party brands and models mentioned (Google, Veo, Nano Banana, OpenAI, Sora, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Kling, Seedance and others) belong to their owners and are named only to explain what Cruto works with.

Liability and links

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience: we don’t control or answer for their content.

Reporting content and takedown

If you believe something published on or created with Cruto is illegal or infringes your rights (for example, a deepfake of you without your consent, impersonation, your cloned voice or your work), email [email protected] with the subject “Report” and include:

  • what the content is and where it is (link or description);
  • why you think it is illegal or infringes your rights;
  • your name and a contact email;
  • a statement that what you say is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We will review it promptly, reply to you and, where appropriate, remove the content or suspend the responsible account (Digital Services Act, art. 16). Note that videos edited in Cruto are processed in each person’s browser and aren’t stored on our servers: if the content is published on a social network, report it there too.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
