Who can join
Any adult with a Cruto account can join from Affiliates. By doing so you accept these conditions, in addition to the terms of service.
Commissions
- You earn a commission on what people who arrive through your link (
crutoai.com/?ref=YOURCODE) and buy a paid plan pay, excluding VAT. - Tiers based on what all your referrals have paid: 15% from the first euro, 20% from €500 and 25% from €2,000.
- Paid for the first 12 months of each subscription.
- No commission on credit pack purchases or on your own purchases.
Attribution
The referral is remembered for 30 days with the cruto_ref cookie, which is only stored if the visitor accepts affiliate cookies; the last link used wins. If the visitor rejects those cookies, the click counts in your dashboard but the sale can’t be attributed to you. If someone signs up through your link, the code is tied to their account.
When and how you get paid
- Each commission can be paid out 30 days after the payment (refund period).
- With at least €50 available, you request the payout from your dashboard and we pay by PayPal or bank transfer in the following days.
- Refunds and lost chargebacks deduct their commission, in proportion to the amount refunded, also from future payouts if you had already been paid.
- You are responsible for declaring what you earn and issuing invoices if your tax situation requires it.
What isn’t allowed
- Referring yourself or your own accounts.
- Paid ads bidding on the “Cruto” brand or variants, or posing as Cruto.
- Spam, unsolicited messages or buying low-quality traffic.
- Promising features, results or discounts Cruto doesn’t offer, or using fake testimonials or figures.
- Coupons or links on coupon sites without our permission.
If this happens, the affected commissions are cancelled and we may close your affiliate account.
Changes and end of the program
We may change these conditions or close the program by emailing you 30 days in advance; commissions already earned are paid under the conditions in force when they were earned.
